Shipping and Returns


While Bracli do not have a UK Distributor, all items will be shipped directly from Bracli in Spain, usually within 2 working days and via TNT Express (where available) at the flat rate of £5.45.

Other delivery services are available at and extra charge. Please contact us for a quote.

Shipping will normally take place within 2 working days of an order being received (subject to the ordered item(s) being available/in stock), however please allow up to 14 days for delivery.


Please check all sizes very carefully.

If an item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact.

In the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept items for return that have been worn.

UK returns need to be received back by us within 7 days of receiving your order. Three days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 4 days of receipt.

Make sure you get proof of postage from the Post Office, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you’ve received your refund or replacement.

For orders shipped to addresses outside the UK we need to receive your return within 10 days. Five days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 5 days of receipt.

You’ll need to pay return postage and, unless the item is being replaced due to either being supplied incorrectly, or faulty manufacture, shipping of the replacement item(s) will be charged for.

We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.


Items that can be returned

Due to the nature of Bracli products, any item of Lingerie that has been worn, irrespective of the amount of time worn, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Other items bought from can be returned, with the exception of anything listed below.

Items that can’t be returned

• Returns on hosiery can’t be accepted if the pack has been opened (if the pack is unopened & undamaged then it’s fine to return).

• Because of the nature of our products, for hygiene reasons items that have been worn cannot be returned.

• Shipping charges won’t be refunded if goods are returned.

• Express delivery of replacements can be requested at the time of return and an additional amount will be payable.
